Partially aged in wood.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sensory analysis:<\/strong>\u00a0 Intense ruby red, with beautiful brightness and structure. Intense nose on blackberry tones, cherries in alcohol, aromatic herbs, red currant flower, fern and a spicy and balsamic air.
